Why The Lichfield Tent Is Ideal For Festivals

My boyfriend and I were getting excited about the festival season.  We were determined to go to at least one festival this year, we also decided to camp.  It was just the two of us and we knew that we could be walking a fair distance to the camp site, so we didn’t want a tent that was too heavy.  We had a look at tents online but there was also a local outdoor store not far away so we decided to take a look in there.

Looking around the store we found something that looked perfect for us it was a 3 berth Lichfield tent.  It was just the right size for the two of us as we were only camping for a few days. We decided that this was the tent we wanted it was a perfect size at a reasonable price, so we purchased it there and then.

We arrived at the festival and although it seemed we had been walking miles trying to find a spot to pitch the tent the Litchfield tent was surprisingly light.  Once we finally found the perfect spot it was time to put the tent up it was so easy to assemble it didn’t even really need the two of us and it only took 5 minutes to put up.

We knew that the tent would be a resting place only and that we would not be spending any more time in it so it was just the right size for the two of us and there was a little bit of storage space as well.

We were there for two nights the weather was typical festival weather it was pouring with rain and I was so glad that I had brought my welly boots with me.  I knew the ground around us would be muddy, however that night when we got back to our tent we were happily surprised that there were no leaks and the tent seemed to be water tight.  It rained all night and when we woke up in the morning the tent still hadn’t leaked and we had stayed warm all night.

Overall our weekend was excellent.  I would recommend the Lichfield tent it was a good make, it was good quality, it was really easy to set up, it was fully waterproof, when taking the tent down it fitted nicely into its bag and it did exactly what we needed for our short term camping experience.
